Refund policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or scent (like perfume or deodorant) will not be accepted.
Note: For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and accessories are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
If your item was bought during a sale or promotion, it will only be eligible for exchange or store credit, not a refund.
3. Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
We offer one-time exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

4. Damaged or Wrong Item
Received a defective or incorrect product?
We’re truly sorry! Please share clear photos and your order ID with us within 48 hours of delivery at support@norx.in — we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

6. How to Initiate a Return
